Service Description

A specially trained therapist able to recognize patterns of musculoskeletal imbalance in the body will identify areas of imbalance and musculoskeletal restriction that would benefit from increased flexibility. The assisted stretching will specifically target the areas the therapist has determined to be restricted. This focused stretch therapy can be very powerful in helping to improve imbalances caused by muscle and or connective tissue restrictions. It is an excellent addition to traditional Physical Therapy and Traditional Massage Therapy. We reccommend having a movement and posture assessment before this massage to help guide the therapist in targeting your specific restricted areas.
