Service Description

This type of massage is our most popular and uses a variety of modalities and tissue depths. It can be very relaxing and sometimes intense depending on the state of the tissue in the body. Our goal is not to traumatize your body but to increase mobility in areas that may be restricted in a methodical and supportive way. Depending on how restricted your tissues are several appointments may be needed to mobilize the restrictions without injuring you. We reccommend having a movement and posture assessment before this massage to help guide the therapist in targeting your specific restricted areas.
