Could this be the one?

I have a giant bullfrog in my throat. Its getting so close. I flip from the frustration of the search for a location to the sudden reality of finding one that could work. Could this new space be the one where we land? If so, its game time and I have a lot of work to do. Wish me luck and courage. This time might be the time we launch. We will see.
